Sydney Wysong powers NorthWood tennis past Elkhart Central

 

ELKHART — Summer tennis lessons, a long-running tradition through the Elkhart Parks and Recreation Department, return Monday, June 15.

This year’s program runs for six weeks through July 24.

A variety of options are offered, age 4 to adult. Most classes take place Mondays through Fridays during the day. Adult lessons are Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 to 8 p.m.

Venues include Elkhart Central, Pinewood Park, and High Dive Park.

Prices range from $50 to $70.

Ric Wiskotoni begins his second year heading up the program after more than two decades of assisting Dave Whittaker.
