Stoltzfus earns Player of the Year award from The Truth

Northridge senior Carter Stoltzfus has earned his second All-Area selection this season and is the Elkhart Truth’s 2020-21 Player of the Year.

Carter Stoltzfus garnered the most first place votes and nearly won The Truth’s Player of the Year Award last March, before being edged out in the final vote by Jimtown’s Preston Phillips.

This season, the Northridge High senior left little doubt, earning the 2020-21 Player of the Year honors and leading the way for The Truth’s 45th annual All-Area Team.


NorthWood sophomore Cade Brenner helped lead the Panthers to the Class 3A regional title game this season.


Northridge senior Sam Smith will go down as one of the best 3-point shooters in Elkhart County history. This is his second all-area selection.


Penn sophomore Markus Burton moved up from the second team to first-team All-Area for the 2020-21 sason.


Sophomore Damarion Anderson helped lead Elkhart to the Class 4A Elkhart Sectional title this season.


Goshen junior Drew Hogan (5) is a repeat selection on The Truth’s All-Area Boys Basketball team.
