The Elkhart area is well represented on the Indiana Soccer Coaches Association's Girls All-State team, led by three first-team selections, including Goshen senior Aylissa Trosper.

Trosper is joined by Penn Kristina Lynch, the state's leading scorer, and her teammate, Brooke VanDyck, on the first team. Penn beat Indianapolis Brebeuf 2-0 to win the Class 2A state title.

In addition, Penn coach Jeff Hart has been named Coach of the Year by the ISCA, while Brebeuf senior Alia Martin was named Player of the Year.

Northridge seniors Brey Baltazar was named to the second team, with teammate Jade Thompson a third-team selection. Trosper, Baltazar and Thompson have all signed to play college soccer at Saint Francis.
