Concord's Mitchell, Penn's Moala named Top 50 Indiana high school football players

INDIANAPOLIS — Concord's Cedric Mitchell and Penn's Paul Moala have been chosen among the state's Top 50 high school players for 2016 by the Indiana Football Coaches Association.

Mitchell, a dynamic three-way performer for the Minutemen and bound for Bowling Green, was officially tabbed at defensive back.
