NAPPANEE — NorthWood got good shots in its girls basketball game Friday against Elkhart Memorial, and the Panthers took advantage of those opportunities during a 51-31 Northern Lakes Conference win over the Crimson Chargers.

The Panthers (8-2, 2-0 NLC) shot 53 percent (21-of-40) from the field, with points coming from the paint and the perimeter.
