GOSHEN — If it’s any consolation to the Elkhart Lions — and it’s probably not — they didn’t lose a game in which the only goal was produced by an inadvertent handball, although the way they felt compelled to play after that handball-induced deficit may have contributed to the next two goals.

With a first-half penalty-kick goal off the handball call and two more scores over the final seven minutes, Munster eliminated the Lions 3-0 in Saturday afternoon’s Class 3A Goshen Regional boys soccer semifinals.
