I was born here in Elkhart 69 year ago. I love living here. I was glad when they gave the the city with a heart a heart that is beautiful. But how can a city with a heart have bad veins? I mean, the streets are really bad. Why can’t the streets get fixed up right away? Why don’t they use the same brick cemet like on State and Division streets? Bad veins are no good for the city with a heart. It’s going to stop beating. A heart needs good veins to keep beating. Please fix the bad streets and put us back on the right beat.
