BREMEN — Anna Albert, 88, of Bremen, formerly of Nappanee, died at 9:24 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at Signature Healthcare, Bremen, after a short illness.
She was born June 8, 1931, in Munich, Germany, to Emaran and Thresea Fleischmann.
On Feb. 4, 1950, she married Andreas “Andy” Albert. They moved to Nappanee on July 23, 1956, from Munich, Germany.
She attended Nappanee Missionary Church.
Anna was a homemaker and helped with cleaning at Nappanee Missionary Church.
She is survived by her husband, Andreas “Andy” Albert; children Rosina (Larry) Cannon of South Bend and Elli (Bert) Hochstetler of Nappanee; seven grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Family and friends may call from 3-5 p.m. Monday, June 17, followed by a 5 p.m., funeral service all at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee.
Burial will be in South Union Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to The Whitlock in Bremen.
