ELKHART— The changing needs of students and ongoing teacher shortages were among topics Thursday at a “Breakfast with Superintendents” forum.

A panel of three superintendents from Elkhart, Concord and Baugo community schools fielded questions aimed at providing updates on their school systems to an audience of about 50. The breakfast was sponsored by the Education/Career Development Council of the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce and was held at the Matterhorn Conference Center.
