ELKHART — A bill introduced in the Indiana General Assembly could allow individuals to provide cosmetology services without a state license, but some local cosmetologists are against the proposed legislation.

Indiana requires 1,500 hours of cosmetology school to earn a license. Areas of cosmetology school include hair, skin and nails.

Ah yes Joe! I've got it now. I know just exactly what is wrong with our schooling in the U S. Almost 30% of all students are either privately schooled or home schooled. All a bunch of Whackos! Correct Joe?
