INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Supreme Court will hear arguments next month in the case of an Elkhart teen whose conviction for attempted murder was overturned.

The Indiana Court of Appeals in May reversed the attempted murder conviction of Byron Harris Jr. as well as his 37-year sentence. A jury convicted him of the Level 1 felony after hearing arguments that he shot a man in the leg outside River Run Apartments in June 2018.
