Elkhart school board member Dacey Davis, Chief Financial Officer Kevin Scott and Superintendent Steve Thalheimer host a virtual forum via Zoom urging voters to vote yes on the district’s upcoming referendum on May 4.
ELKHART — Elkhart Community Schools officials, in their second virtual forum, addressed how the makeup of school districts affects public funding.
When voters hit the polls in May, they will be asked to approve the referendum, which breaks down to $15.25 million each of the next eight years from taxpayers.
