GOSHEN — A bill that would use state funds for grants to allow students to attend private school is getting the thumbs down from Goshen educators.

Dozens of teachers rallied outside the Goshen Administrative Building on Wednesday night to express their dissent for House Bill 1005 before school board members approved resolutions opposing the legislation.
