ELKHART — The 7-Eleven store at 1417 S. Nappanee St., in Elkhart, was robbed about 11:54 p.m. Thursday, Elkhart City Police report.

Officers were dispatched to the store where it was reported that five male suspects entered the store and demanded money, according to a police press release. 

After getting an undetermined amount of money the suspects fled the area, according to police.

Two of the suspects were allegedly armed, but no injuries were reported as a result of the robbery, police said.

A dark colored vehicle was seen in the area shortly after the robbery and the case remains under investigation.
