Students at Elkhart Community Schools may start attending in-person instruction four days a week pending approval from the school board on Tuesday night.

ELKHART — Students at Elkhart Community Schools will soon be spending more time in the classroom.

The school board on Tuesday night voted unanimously to switch the learning format to four days of in-person instruction beginning next month.

It is past time for the schools to be open, should have been done at the start of the school year. So you are going to open them for 3 months? Just in time to beg for more money from the public still reeling from the income lost during the small business shut downs. Never let a good crisis go to waste.
