OSCEOLA — Charges have been filed against one of the drivers involved in a four-vehicle crash last October that sent multiple people to the hospital.

Damian Crawford, 24, faces charges including causing serious injury when operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and with a controlled substance in the blood, both Level 5 felonies. His charges also include failure to remain at the scene of an accident with injury, a Level 6 felony, and failure to remain at the scene of an accident, a misdemeanor.

Did it really take an entire year before charges were filed? A year? Good grief, a drug test normally takes 24-48 hours....Is there like 1 person working in the prosecutors office? wholly cow...that seems like a wasted amount of time....has he been out driving again? under the influence? thanks for keeping us safe and I am glad the victims are FINALLY starting to see justice served...
