ELKHART — The Elkhart Area Career Center’s Early Childhood Education Program is officially a certified Indiana State Earn and Learn.
The career center was recognized by officials from the Office of Work-Based Learning and Apprenticeship during a Wednesday ceremony at Growing Kids Learning Center in Elkhart.
