Antique tractors will once again put on a show in Nappanee to raise dollars for a cure for cancer this June.
Nappanee’s second annual Antique Tractor Cruise-In, “Pulling Together to Cure Cancer,” will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 13, beginning at Coppes Commons.
The cruise-in supports United Cancer of Elkhart County. Last year, about 75 tractors from area tractor clubs raised more than $3,000 according to Coppes Commons manager Caleb Mast, and they’re hoping to exceed that this year.
Wagon rides, pedal pulls, games and other activities will also be part of the event. Cancer survivors are encouraged to take part by riding on the wagon during the cruise-in, according to a news release about the event.
