NAPPANEE — As Elkhart County residents wait their turn to be vaccinated, health care professionals shared ways they can help in the process.

Dr. Daniel Nafziger, chief medical officer for Goshen Health, addressed the immediate outlook for vaccine distribution during an online panel discussion Monday. He was joined by Jackie Hostetter, a family nurse practitioner at the Center for Wound Healing at Elkhart General Hospital, and Jep Hostetler, a former Ohio State University professor, who detailed the science behind the COVID-19 pandemic and the vaccines being distributed.
