NAPPANEE — The new owners of Amish Acres say they’ll open for the 2020 season, but also promise some changes are coming to the 50-year-old tourist attraction.

Marlin Stutzman, a former U.S. House member from Middlebury, and his business partners bought key parts of the property at auction Wednesday night. His partners include John Kruse and Jason Bontrager.

While it may be nice to have 4MM in the bank, it still going to be very hard to drive past that property and know that it is no long yours... Especially when changes you may not like are being made. Thank you Pletcher's for your years of service and memories to the people of Nappanee....
