GOSHEN — A teen driving an electric scooter crashed into a car after going through a stop sign on Wednesday, according to the Goshen Police Department.

A 14-year-old boy was driving the scooter north on 5th Street and approaching the intersection with Wilden Avenue. According to the driver of the Chevrolet Aveo that the scooter crashed into at the intersection, the boy disregarded a clearly visible stop sign. A witness backed up that claim, according to police.
