GOSHEN — The Goshen Board of Works voted to study Lincoln Avenue for the possible addition of a bicycle path.

The board on Monday approved a $19,989 contract with Progressive AE for a traffic study that would serve as the basis for potential improvements along Lincoln Avenue, between Indiana Avenue and 8th Street. The study will assess the level of service under current conditions along the corridor as well as under the proposed changes, according to Public Works Director Dustin Sailor.
