GOSHEN — Charges including burglary with a deadly weapon have been filed against a Goshen man who was arrested Tuesday after allegedly firing a handgun at another man.

Jose Medina, 42, was arrested Tuesday following the incident, which left a man and woman both injured from being struck in the face with the handgun. He was charged with burglary with a deadly weapon, a Level 2 felony, and domestic battery with a deadly weapon, a Level 5 felony.
