GOSHEN — An Auburn man wanted on warrants in multiple counties was arrested after allegedly fleeing police by jumping in a pond.

Eric Watson, 31, was arrested Monday after Goshen Police responded to a suspicious person call. He was charged with resisting law enforcement as a misdemeanor, but was also arrested on warrants issued in Elkhart, LaGrange and DeKalb counties.
