GOSHEN — Indiana restaurants began resuming limited dine-in services this week, but the doors at one downtown Goshen café will remain closed.

Kelly Jae’s Café is officially closing after 12 years of service at its downtown location, 133 S. Main St. But the executive chef behind the upscale tapas bar is exploring a new concept in Syracuse, about 12 miles southeast of Goshen.
