Bradley and Lori Arnold are fighting legal action against the couple filed by the city over the size of their yard signs.

GOSHEN — A judge will decide by June 4 whether to order a Goshen couple to remove signs from their yard that the city says violate zoning laws.

The couple, Bradley and Lori Arnold, consider the signs in front of their South Main Street home to be a free speech issue. The city says their size and height violate zoning laws.

When the Mexican boot store opened across from dairy queen I let zoning knkw that the sign did not meet compliance . Hiking replied , " the sign may not meet requirements however it is their culture to have signs like that , therefore no action will be taken. " So in Goshen it depends on country of origin as to how signs van be displayed
