GOSHEN — An Elkhart County judge says he intends to try a man accused of the 2011 killing of a Goshen College professor “come hell or high water.”

Winston Corbett, 25, is charged with murder and attempted murder in the death of James Miller and the attack on his wife, Linda Miller, at their home on Oct. 9, 2011. Corbett was arrested in 2018 based on DNA evidence, which his lawyers unsuccessfully tried to suppress.
