GOSHEN — A homeless network hopes to build its first purpose-built shelter and is asking the City of Goshen to donate the land.

Representatives of Interfaith Hospitality Network presented their request to city council on Tuesday. They hope to build a shelter for both men and women on land just west of downtown.
