GOSHEN — As the Goshen Redevelopment Commission moves toward consolidating TIF districts, one member is questioning where the money will go and who it’s being taken from.

The RDC is looking at further consolidating two Tax Increment Finance Districts in order to make their combined funds available for projects in a larger area.
