GOSHEN — From light bulbs to pedal power, the city is developing more than 45 ways to reduce its carbon emissions in the coming decades.

Goshen Common Council got an update Tuesday on the development of the city’s climate action plan. It’s a process that started in early 2019 with the creation of the Mayor’s Environmental Advisory Committee and the council’s adoption of a resolution to make city government carbon-neutral by 2035.
