GOSHEN — A focus group will be held Tuesday, June 4, in Goshen to gather input on the downtown area.

Participants will be asked to weigh in on the best parts of downtown, what could use improvement and what they would change. Feedback will be sought specifically on retail and commerce, events, partnerships, diversity, design and aesthetics.

The meeting will be held all day in The Electric Brew, 118 E. Washington St. It's organized by enFocus and the Elkhart County Convention and Visitors Bureau, as part of a larger project to assess downtown areas throughout the county. Similar assessments will be held in Elkhart, Nappanee, Wakarusa, Middlebury and Bristol later this year. The data and feedback will be compiled into a downtown vibrancy report.
