GOSHEN — Plans for a 48-unit apartment complex near Goshen Middle School can move ahead after a vote by the Goshen Common Council on Tuesday.

Council voted to rezone just under 4 acres at 1006 S. Indiana Ave. from agricultural to residential. Plans there call for about 48 apartments in four two-story buildings.
