GOSHEN — County officials are imposing a $71,000 fine on a company that violated storm water rules for site construction, though the bulk of the penalty is suspended.

The Elkhart County Storm Water Board voted to impose a $71,000 fine on SGL Holdings LLC following a three-hour hearing Monday. But only $20,000 is due now and $51,000 is suspended.

Just more RV companies clearing land illegally and disturbing wetlands....nothing to see here...nothing to see....move a long...... They need to be fined for blatantly disregarding the rules and harming a wetland. I hope that fine sticks....shame on them and shame on any RV manufacturer that uses this company.

Hey genius, they make cargo trailers not RV's. I 'm sure the RV industry will not expect your apology.
