GOSHEN — Poll workers must mask up during the election while voters who refuse to wear them may be given accommodations, election officials have decided.

The Elkhart County Board of Elections passed two measures Wednesday setting safety rules for voting as the COVID-19 pandemic shows no signs of abating. They voted to require poll workers to wear face masks or be sent home, and to adopt a mask policy toward voters that was recommended by the Indiana secretary of state.

How selfish do you have to be to not wear a mask to vote? Why would anyone want to put the lives of the poll workers at risk...let alone your own. It is morally right. Wearing a mask is not a political statement, it’s an I.Q. Test.
