GOSHEN — A Michigan man has been arrested on charges of causing a death in a four-vehicle crash in Elkhart in 2018.

Paul Throesch Jr., 36, was arrested this week on a warrant accusing him of four felonies related to a fatal accident at the east edge of Elkhart on Oct. 2, 2018. His charges include causing a death when operating a motor vehicle while on a controlled substance, a Level 4 felony, and causing a death while intoxicated, a Level 5 felony.

Finally! People are being held responsible for marijuana affects on driving abilities. 2 stories 2 days both fatal accidents. I see people smoking weed quite often while driving and they are killing others!
