Angulo, Owen and Murzynski

GOSHEN — A judge says he will not yet accept a plea from one of three men set to stand trial next month in connection with a 2019 murder.

Matthew Murzynski entered a plea agreement Thursday in Elkhart County court, admitting to robbery and confinement charges as well as a gang enhancement. His admission included details of the Oct. 21, 2019, killing of Kimberly Dyer that were not previously made public.
