ELKHART — Residents and business owners along Bristol Street had many questions Thursday night regarding the city’s plans to widen the northeast thoroughfare from two lanes to three lanes.
American Structurepoint, the engineering firm hired to design the project, outlined the specifics in a video presentation to more than 40 residents at a public forum held at Hillcrest United Methodist Church, 4206 E. Bristol St.
