The MyElkhart311 app can be installed on IOS and Android devices and makes it easier to report issues to the City of Elkhart. From the left are the “Report a Problem” menu, the main menu and the “How Do I?” menu.

ELKHART — Is there a pothole that keeps bothering you? Have you wondered if there might be an easier way to contact the city to have it fixed? Well, now there is.

Whether someone sees a pothole, wants to report a code violation or has a tip for the police, they can reach the city through the MyElkhart311 app. They can also request leaf pickup or get in touch with a city department or a member of the City Council.
