GOSHEN — Throwing open the doors to county offices could still be weeks away now that the COVID-19 advisory is back in the red.

Elkhart County Commissioner Brad Rogers on Tuesday proposed lifting COVID-19 restrictions on county office buildings. It was the second time this month he made the suggestion, which did not receive a vote Jan. 4 or on Tuesday.

so herd immunity actually is a thing? then why don't we let herd immunity take effect and get it over with?
