BRISTOL — Three men are accused of gang-raping a woman during a June incident in Bristol.
Andrew Himes and Donald Hicks each face three counts of rape by force or threat, a Level 3 felony, while Douglas Miller is charged with two counts in court documents filed Thursday. The men are charged in connection with a June 30 incident involving the same victim.
So these guys are accused of rape. Hopefully if found guilty they go away for an extended period of time! But why did the Elkhart County Sheriff department investigate this crime? Maybe it occurred in an area NOT in the town limits of Bristol? Bristol has their own PD. Bristol is a pretty safe town. I have lived here almost 50 years and I can remember 1 murder. There have been murders out side in the surrounding areas.... but 1 in town that I know of!
