Interns with the Seed to Feed Teen Growers program start seeds in the greenhouse. Seed to Feed, a program of Church Community Services, is marking its 10th year.

ELKHART — Church Community Services is marking the 10-year anniversary of its Seed to Feed program, which seeks to provide homegrown solutions to local hunger.

The program has grown from its humble beginning of two community gardens to its now 22 gardens and a greenhouse, providing produce to both the Church Community Services food pantry and other food pantries throughout the county.
