What a time we are living in! Spring is here and soon many of us will celebrate Easter. I know there are many spring bulbs that are being brave and making their way through the soil so we can be in awe of their colors. Easter will soon be here regardless of the weather so it is time for food safety reminders on eggs.

Eggs are really incredible when it comes to the nutrition they provide, what they do when combined with other ingredients and of course their flavor. Eggs are a real convenience food that are very economical and quick to prepare. They may be a challenge to find in the grocery store.
