 The Eagles won the Uprising Stars Flag Football League championship with a 27-20 victory over the Bulldogs on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014.

 Satchel Piece competes in the region portion of the Drive, Chip and Putt contest hosted by the PGA, USGA and The Masters at Crooked Stick Golf Club in Carmel. The final is scheduled for April 5, 2015, on the historic 18th green at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Ga.

Satchel Pierce, a member at Christiana Creek Country Club in Elkhart, won six of the seven Indiana Junior Golf events he entered in 2014. He was recently named Indiana Golf Prep Tour Boys Player of the Year.
