Penn High School powers past Elkhart Memorial High School in softball

Addison Pixley plated four runs, and Halle Hixon scored three in the Penn High School Kingsmen's 16-0 softball win against the Elkhart Memorial High School Crimson Chargers.

 Addison Pixley drove in four runs and Halle Hixenbaugh scored three runs Thursday, April 10, as Penn beat Elkhart Memorial 16-0 in five innings in a non-conference softball game at Charger Field.

Three Penn pitchers — Mackenzie Joecken, Danielle Watson and Courtney Pepper — combined on a 13-strikeout three-hitter.
