He's the best of the worst dribblers ever, or is it the other way around?

Not sure whether this guy qualifies as the best of the worst dribblers or the worst of the best dribblers I’ve ever seen — is there really much difference? — but either way, the video below from Bleacher Report had me admiring his determination while at the same time rolling on the floor at his effectiveness.

I saw it today on Facebook when it was posted there by Coleco Buie, the former Elkhart Express star and all-around nice guy.

As high school basketball season nears — opening night is 33 days away for area boys! — I’m imagining the blended looks of horror and amusement on every area coach’s face.

The guy almost looks like he’s skating, and he’s pounding the ball like it’s going to go through the ice ... er, floor boards ... any second now.

Bottom line, I can’t say for sure this guy will never get by a defender. After all, there’s always a chance the defender will fall over laughing. In the meantime, he's doing a heck of a job getting from Point A to Point A.

So, who have been the most genuinely effective dribblers in our area over the last 26 years, with or without the fancy stuff?

Off the top of my head, I’d probably have to go Ryan Yoder, Matt Grieser, Demetrius Jackson, Jamar Johnson and Anthony Kyle in that order.

Anyway, enjoy.
