A Coach's Perspective

Robb Berger, Marian — "We've been gelling as a team as the season has gone along. Devin (Cannady) leads us in scoring, rebounding and assists, but we're getting contributions from a lot of people. We have five other guys averaging around six points per game. ... Jimtown has really gotten better since we played them (a 53-31 Marian win on Jan. 15). They're a young team and it's a home game for them, so I expect it to be a good game. ... St. Joe's as good as any team in (the Northern Indiana Conference), a step behind Penn. They can stretch you with the way they can shoot it. Culver Academy's really big. Glenn ran off about nine wins in a row and they do a really good job playing according to who they are playing. It's a pretty good sectional field."
