Elkhart Christian wins sixth straight boys basketball game

Bearss, Kupferschmid lead Eagles to 14-3 mark.

AUBURN — Kenny Bearss scored 17 points and Ryan Kupferschmid added 16 as Elkhart Christian held off Lakewood Park 64-61 in a boys basketball road game Saturday, Feb. 15.

Cory Waycaster and Drew Overmyer contributed 13 and 11 points apiece, respectively, for the Eagles, who won their sixth straight game. ECA will head to Warsaw on Tuesday.
