Concord steals 15 bases in defeat of Triton

Led by four from Brenden Curry and three each from Duncan Boone and Drew Wysong, Concord racked up 15 stolen bases Friday, April 18, in a 13-0 baseball victory at Triton.

Curry also scored four runs and struck out six batters in two innings of mound relief. Starting pitcher Nick DeFreese (1-0) fanned six and Brett Neveraski drove in three runs for the Minutemen (3-1).

At Topeka, Craig Kasten homered and drove in two runs, as Northridge improved to 5-1 by beating Westview, 4-3. The Warriors scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh before the final out was made.
