Penn wrestler Kobe Woods pins his way to national title

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Penn High School junior Kobe Woods won a national title while two other Kingsmen athletes also earned All-America status at the United States Wrestling Association Cliff Keen Folkstyle Nationals.

Woods, competing in the 195-pound Cadet division, went 4-0 with four pins.

Penn sophomore Drew Hildebrandt placed second at Junior 106, Penn freshman Cory Cavanaugh wound up eighth at Cadet 94, while Mishawaka's Tommy Forte came in seventh in the 152 Junior division.
