Big second quarter lifts Marian to win

MISHAWAKA — A 28-point second quarter helped Mishawaka Marian race past Bremen 76-42 in a high school boys basketball game Tuesday, Feb. 25.

The Knights, who led by one point after one quarter, pushed its advantage to 44-20 by halftime.

Devin Cannady led a balanced Marian offense with 24 points. Jake Whitfield added 17 followed by Anthony Blum’s 15 and Ryan Schaefer’s 12.
